On Friday, December 9 , 2011 at 10:00 AM, Coastal Dance Company will present a special matinee performance of the "Nutcracker Gala,” a perennial favorite and a ballet extravaganza, for school groups.

Be a part of the magic as the Nutcracker Prince triumphs over the Mouse King. Witness the grace and beauty of darting Snowflakes, Arabian and Spanish dancers and the Sugar Plum Fairy. See your students marvel at the sight of Mother Ginger and watch their delight as Clara's dreams come true. This presentation of Tchaikovsky's classic by Cape Cod's only professional ballet company provides an excellent opportunity to expose school children to the world of ballet and live theatre. Coastal Dance Company's annual presentation of the "Nutcracker Gala” has been widely received by students and teachers alike for the past nineteen years.
